Shipping & Delivery

We pride ourselves on quick and efficient despatch of our customer’s purchases which we aim to send within 2 working days of receipt of order. 

  • Each piece is packed by experienced and dedicated staff to ensure that it arrives safely.
  • Our chosen courier is Colissimo or Colissimo International, although we may use other services such as Fedex if we consider it is necessary.

We can send parcels to a maximum of 30kgs and to a maximum of 5000 euros value for insurance purposes.  Any pieces which exceed these limits will be sent by an alternative, suitable courier.

  • Shipment to the United States - Tariffs

Under the new tariff scheme most shipments are sent to the US using the DDP method. That is to say that they are delivered to customers duty paid. In most cases pieces will be exempt from import tax and duty when entering the US as they will be considered antique.  However, in the event that the piece is less than 100 years old it may be necessary for us to request the payment of import duty in advance to facilitate the efficient handling of your parcel by US customs.

  • Shipping of Framed works of Art

We do our best to pack all of our shipment with the utmost care. However, due to the age and fragility of some of the frames included with our art work we are unable to guarantee that they will arrive undamaged.  It is therefore understood, when purchasing a piece of framed art, that you are purchasing the artwork alone and that the frame which accompanies it is included free of charge.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned to us in unused and undamaged condition for a refund within 14 days of receipt of the parcel. Pieces must be returned in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for the payment of return postage.

We respectfully request that all customers who which to return a piece contact us in advance of doing so. In this way we can ensure that the return address details are correct and that the conditions of return are met.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to contact us and to return your purchase.  Please return using a registered and insured service.  Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of your returned parcel.

It would be extremely unlikely that we carry in stock two identical pieces.  If you wish to exchange your purchase for another piece in our collection, this is possible with the settlement or refund of any additional sum plus the necessary additional shipping charges.

Delivery times outside of the EU can vary.  Please be aware that we are unable to influence the speed at which customs clearance takes place. A customer is therefore unable to cancel an order or request a refund whilst goods are in transit. 

Shipments within the EU generally take 3 to 10 days.

We accept payment by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard or by bank transfer.
