We pride ourselves on quick and efficient despatch of our customer’s purchases which we aim to send within 2 working days of receipt of order.
We can send parcels to a maximum of 30kgs and to a maximum of 5000 euros value for insurance purposes. Any pieces which exceed these limits will be sent by an alternative, suitable courier.
Under the new tariff scheme all shipments are sent to the US using the DDP method. That is to say that they are delivered to customers duty paid. In most cases pieces will be exempt from import tax and duty when entering the US as they will be considered antique. However, in the event that the piece is less than 100 years old it may be necessary for us to request the payment of import duty in advance to facilitate the efficient handling of your parcel by US customs.
We respectfully request that all customers who which to return a piece contact us in advance of doing so. In this way we can ensure that the return address details are correct and that the conditions of return are met.

You have 14 days from the receipt of your parcel to contact us and to return your purchase. Please return using a registered and insured service. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of our receipt of your returned parcel.
It would be extremely unlikely that we carry in stock two identical pieces. If you wish to exchange your purchase for another piece in our collection, this is possible with the settlement or refund of any additional sum plus the necessary additional shipping charges.
